A garden with a heart – Mediterranean atmosphere between palm trees and Isabella grapes
Taken care by the hosts themselves with much love and passion the palm trees and cedars are more than twenty years of age and are an intrinsic part of Torgglhof just like the lake is of Caldaro. The trees lend shade and conjure up a Mediterranean atmosphere between vines, kiwi arbours, shrubbery and flowers.

The Oberberger family has been running Torgglhof since 1981. Back then it was a small Bed and Breakfast with merely 6 rooms. A new chapter and generation began when Max, the eldest child, took over the family bussiness in 2015.

With a fresh vision, plans of expansion finally came to reality in 2017.
Today together with his partner Karin ; parents Imma, Konrad and sister Michaela they dedicate themselves to those aspects of the house that made it so characteristic in the first place: The balance between tradition and a desire for new things, quality and most importantly human togetherness. The result: Many guests that return year after year, some of which are now considerd friends.
